Specialised Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults

You might be a good fit for therapy with me if…

You are a parent drowning in the invisible labour of advocacy, appointments and daily life
You are recently diagnosed as ND yourself, trying to make sense of life while parenting ND kids
Your child’s school refusal or demand avoidance are breaking your heart
You constantly feel like you are failing despite doing everything you can.

How We Can Work Together

I offer online and email therapy for adults who are looking for support with their mental and emotional wellbeing. Life can be tough, let’s work together to get you through it.

Some people come to therapy with a clear issue in mind — a recent event, a difficult relationship, or a feeling that’s become too much to manage alone. Others come because they need space to explore thoughts and feelings that have been quietly building over time.

Whatever brings you here, we’ll work at your pace, and I’ll support you in finding clarity, healing, and new ways forward.

Online Therapy (Video)

Online sessions offer face-to-face connection from the comfort of your own space.

To support you in the way that best suits you, a variety of options are available when it comes to choosing session frequency and length.

30 minute session: £40. This session works well if you want to focus on a specific issue, have a gentle check-in, or simply match the level of energy you have right now.

50 minute session: £65. A standard therapy ‘hour’ with plenty of space to check-in and spend time exploring what is going on for you.

90 minute session: £95. A longer session that can be helpful at the start of therapy to give things a strong foundation — or when there’s a topic that needs a bit more space than a standard session allows.

We can meet weekly, fortnightly, or at a pace that suits your life.

Email Therapy

Email therapy gives you the time and space to reflect. You write about what’s going on for you and I respond thoughtfully — offering insight, support, and prompts for further reflection.

It can be especially useful if:

You like to process things through writing

You want flexibility in how and when you express yourself

You need therapy that fits around a busy or unpredictable schedule

Many people find it easier to open up in writing. If that sounds like you, this could be a great option.

Fee: £65 per therapeutic email exchange.  (Each exchange includes one email from you and one detailed response from me.)

Curious about email therapy? More information can be provided upon request.

Email therapy can also work well as an “add-on” to traditional therapy.

Areas I Work With

People come to me for all sorts of reasons — sometimes with a clear goal in mind, other times just knowing something feels off. Together we might explore:

  • Overwhelm of parenting ND children (ADHD, autism, AuDHD, PDA)
  • Managing demand avoidance and meltdowns without losing yourself
  • Finding identity beyond ‘autism mum’ or ‘ADHD dad’
  • Late identification of neurodivergence in yourself while raising ND kids
  • School challenges, battles for support, advocacy exhaustion

If what you’re dealing with isn’t listed here, you’re still welcome to get in touch. Therapy doesn’t need a label — just a willingness to begin.

My Approach

The relationship between us matters. Therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and honest. We go at your pace, with care for what’s happened and how it’s still affecting you.

I bring together a range of approaches, including nervous system education, psychodynamic thinking, and parts work — but the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build.

This is a space where all parts of you are welcome — even the ones you’ve learned to hide or quieten.

Interested in Starting?

You can work with me via video, email, or a combination of both — we can decide together what fits you best.

If you have any questions or would like to book an initial session, please get in touch.

I’d love to support you in finding the steadiness, clarity, or change you’re looking for.
